I'm a busy dad who uses the GoLife3x Method to help manage weight, fitness, high blood pressure and chronic pain every day.   The GoLife3x Method is built on 20 years of experience trying just about every type of diet and program, and 15 years of training and results that laid the foundation for GoLife3x. 

My name is Greg Hendrickson, and was a guy who had to take health action with a high-pressure job, high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation, ankle/knee issues and doctor warnings at the age of 35, all while weighing in at 246 lbs and no regular physical activity.
